We offer free shipping for orders of 2 or more items. Once the order is placed a fee will be charged. The shipping promotion is only applicable to worldwide shipping addresses (excluding remote areas).

    • South America: 4-5 weeks*

    *The estimated delivery times are 'estimates' based on recent deliveries and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We strive to ensure the shipping process runs as smoothly as possible, but in case of delayed delivery, we do not offer refunds.

  • What are Duties and Taxes and Who Pays Them?

    Import taxes are imposed by local governments primarily (but not exclusively) to protect local economies and regulate international trade.

    Customs clearance and payment of import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. Cuddled Pet is not responsible for customs procedures or any taxes charged to you when delivering your purchased merchandise.

  • Production Time
